Power Cluster Plus

Standard Power Cluster Plus assembly IP44 rated, generally in accordance with GA drawing C26244.

Enclosure
Robust sheet steel enclosure of seam welded construction, providing protection to IP54 (the incorporation of splashproof sockets reduces the overall rating to IP44). All MCBs and RCDs are protected by hinged windows with quick release fasteners. The enclosure is wall mounting, incorporates external fixing lugs and is protected against corrosion by a high quality, outdoor finishing system comprising of a zinc phosphate pre-treatment followed by polyester powder coating, standard shade Dark Admiralty Grey. Other shades can be provided but there could be cost implications, subject to quantity and the shade chosen – we would be pleased to submit a revised quote if the standard shade is not acceptable.
Enclosure dimensions: 600W x 400H x 220D mm (668W x 419H x 270D, including wall mounting lugs and socket projection).

Incomer
63A 4P Isolator, mechanically interlocked with the front cover.

Distribution
400 Volts
1 no. 32A 5P, 400V, IPX4, BS EN 60309-2 socket protected by a TP MCB and 4P 30 mA Type A RCD combination.

230 Volts
1 no. 16A 3P, 230V, IPX4, BS EN 60309-2 socket protected by a SP MCB and 2P 30 mA Type A RCD combination.

110 Volts
1 no. SP Type “D” MCB feeding a 2 kVA, 230:110CTE, continuously rated transformer to BS EN 61558 parts 1 and 4 but with an earthed secondary. The transformer provides a Reduced Low Voltage Supply in accordance with BS 7671.

The transformer output is protected by a 16A DP MCB, which feeds 1 no. 16A, 3P, 110V, IPX4, BS EN 60309-2 socket.
