TDC series Transformer Distribution Cubicle, Floor Standing, 5 kVA, 230:110CTE, 6 x 16A DP MCBs. The transformer output is also protected by a 300mA 110V RCCB to ensure compliance with BS7671 Regulation 411.8.3.

Blakley Electrics TDC series of Transformer Distribution Cubicle combining a double-wound transformer and double-pole MCB distribution arrangement housed in a robust sheet steel enclosure. The assembly provides a Reduced Low Voltage (RLV) supply in accordance with BS7671.

Enclosure
Floor standing, sheet steel, seam welded enclosure, phosphate pre-treated prior to powder coating, shade Matt Black. The overall enclosure is non-vented to IP55 and has a side-hinged, gasketted door. Cable entry and exit is via a removable gland plate located in the top of the enclosure.
Dimensions: 560 x 300 x 600 mm (W x D x H), plus wall / floor brackets.

Rating
5000 VA single-phase, double-wound, continuously rated transformer, manufactured in accordance with BS EN 61558 Parts 1 & 2-4 with an earthed secondary winding.

Primary Isolator
Fitted a 20A DP MCB Type “D”.

Primary Volts
230 with tappings at 220, 240 and 250 volts.

Secondary Volts
110 CTE (in accordance with BS EN 61558 Part 2-23).

RCD Protection
The transformer output is protected by a 300mA 110V Type A RCCB to ensure compliance with BS7671 Regulation 411.8.3, which specifies a 5 second disconnection time for RLV circuits.

Distribution
Fitted 6 no. 16A DP MCBs to BS EN 60898 Type “C”.
